Following your boss's advice, you walk into the Stock Exchange neighborhood and navigate the bustling streets, looking for what had been described as "a large eye catching sign that draws you right into the museum." In the distance, you spot a hanging wooden sign donning the words THE ILLUSEN GALLERY at Number 24, Bracknell Road, next to a pub and a grooming shop.

Pushing the heavy creaking door open, you step inside to the museum information desk. Before you can ask for the entrance price (and if your Inspectors Badge will get you in for free), the shifty receptionist slips you a folded piece of paper. You pick it up and look at a jumble of letters in no apparent order.

"What does this mea-," you begin to ask, but the receptionist objects.
"Check your clipboard," she says briefly with no explanation. Blinking as if you were rather unintelligent, she adds in one more phrase: "By the way, sorry, we are closed now. Out, out, out!" The receptionist turns the OPEN sign in the window to CLOSED and shoos you out of the museum. You raise your eyebrows and leave with the note clutched in your hand.
