Welcome to the HQ!

I assume you are one of them top-notch detectives to help us solve the case? Very well then... Before you start, let's lay down the Commander's ground rules. Keep these in mind, or the Commander might kick you off the case! =)

• Requirements: Your computer should have the following things :)
  • CSS/Javascript capable browser
    
  • abililty to view source of a document
    
  • a simple Paint program
    
  • ability to view Neopets pages (guilds, lookups, etc.)

• This quest has been checked and tested. If you find any broken images or links, as well as any mistakes on our part, please contact us and let us know. We will check through the quest and see if we can find the mistake, and if necessary, fix it :)

• All clues are marked by the Clue Quest logo (where possible). The logo will be in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and will display the clue number. Some are blue while others are black (you'll need to figure out their secret o.O)

• Feel free to discuss, but please don't give away direct answers. Rather than explain exactly how to solve something (ie: First do this, then do that, after that click on that...), try to provide a hint in the right direction without spoiling the solution. The fun of the Quest is trying to figure it out! :)

• The Clue Quest is judged by accuracy. Those with the correct answers at the end will win, regardless of who was "first" to submit the right answer. This provides an equal chance for everyone to submit, so it isn't first-come first-win.

• There are sixteen clues in all. Clues will roughly go in order from 1 to 16; except at Clue 13, where it will branch off to two different clues :) Keep that in mind...

• Various Notes: Initial planning has taken over 4 months, so please don't steal :) This quest contains NO altered or from scratch Neopet images. All images are directly from the servers. With the use of opacity and tables, I've created all the clues with images directly from Neopets :-D
